Oasis Wheat (ABV: 5.3%) - A thirst quenching,
super light, slightly cloudy blonde beer with a refreshing
flavor and a marvelous aroma.
Ignescent Amber (ABV: 5.3%; IBU: 24) - An amber
ale rich in taste and balanced by a blend of Cascade
and Willamette hops for a great aftertaste and mouthfeel.
There's a story behind the name of this one, but you
have to spend the day brewing with Matt to hear it.
Staggering Bull Imperial Nut Brown Ale (ABV: 7.4%; IBU: 11) - Balanced with big body & plenty of hop character. The slight caramel and chocolate flavors are followed by a nutty aftertaste. This is a unique beer style that you'll have a hard time finding anywhere else.
Unbridled India Pale Ale (ABV: 6.1%; IBU: 69) - No restraints on this one. Plenty of hops are used in this beer, from the bittering to the flavor and aroma hops. Nice, well balanced, copper colored and with a smooth hop bitterness.
Beach Head Belgian Tripel (ABV: 8.1%; IBU: 11) - A Belgian Strong Ale that is golden in color with a nice, creamy, white head. Hints of bitter sweet orange and a mild spiciness from the hops.
Midnight Wheat Porter (ABV: 6.7%; IBU: 29) - A robust porter with a unique twist due to the grain bill that consists of 25% wheat. Chocolate malted milkshake flavors, ultra-dense mouthfeel, silky texture, and a midnight sky color.
Eminent Double IPA (ABV: 8.5%; IBU: 85) - A big, hoppy beer with full flavor and aroma from a wonderful blend of hops. The 5 hop additions make this a bitter beer, but it is well balanced with the high gravity.
Head On Collision Black IPA (ABV: 8.5%; IBU: 70) - Consider this a collision of a big, malty stout and a bitter IPA. Dense, dark, hoppy and delicious. A generous helping of hops gives this the typical bitter bite of an IPA, but not too much as to overpower the toasty, stout like backbone. The brewer's favorite!
ROTATING BEERS
Cream Ale (ABV: 5.1%; IBU: 17) - Made especially for those looking for a light beer. Very similar to your standard American lager but brewed with ale yeast. Medium-light bodied and smooth, golden in color and low in bitterness. This beer has a clean, sweet malt profile with a hint of buttered toast in the aroma & flavor.
Scottish Wee Heavy and Barrel-aged Scottish Wee Heavy
What to do with a retired wine barrel?? This double batch of Wee Heavy was brewed in late April 2011 and split in two. Half the batch was bottled and conditioned immediately, the other half was dumped into a used red wine barrel. 6 months of aging later, this brew displays a distinct Whiskey nose, with flavors of molasses, caramel, and a slight sour note. Truly unique, this is an extremely limited release.
Winter Ale (ABV: 7.8%; IBU: 310) - This ale is deep brown, big, and rich. 5 different malts were used in the brewing process to give this beer a nice depth of character and complexity.
The Widowmaker Russian Imperial Stout (ABV: 10%; IBU: 50)
This is the latest beer in the "high gravity series". Big, bold, and malty like a standard RIS, this beer has the added distinction of having been dry-hopped with Bourbon soaked Fuggles hop leaves.

Gluten for Punishment Gluten Free Beer
We've had a lot of requests for a gluten free beer. So many, in fact, that we've decided to develop a recipe to quench the thirst of those that can't have gluten. This beer will use buckwheat that is malted in-house and will be styled after a Pale Ale. Look for this one to come out in early 2012.
