    WHITE WINES

    Louie's Lunar White (Pinot Grigio)  This light white has a delicate bouquet of
    honey and herbs.  Semi-dry with hints of green melon and citrus make for a crisp &
    clean finish.  The perfect food for seafood and chicken, or any light fare.

    Seven Lakes White (Chardonnay)  This classic favorite offers a complex fruity
    bouquet with hints of pear, apple, and apricot.  Lightly oaked.  A well balanced wine
    with soft buttery and vanilla flavors.

    Gazebo White (Riesling)  This wine features a light, delicate, fruity aroma with a
    fresh, crisp finish.

    Orange Label White (Sauvignon Blanc)  This classic, light, dry wine has a floral
    nose with subtle hints of lavender and a spicy finish.  Excellent with seafood and well
    seasoned poultry.

    Lotus Blossom (White Merlot)  This delightful blush captures the rich aroma of the
    Merlot grape.  Slightly sweet, light, and refreshing.  A perfect Rose when served
    chilled.

    RED WINES

    Fenton Red (Merlot)  A delightful, medium bodied red wine boasting a smooth flavor
    and velvety  soft finish.

    Crimson Vine (Shiraz)  A dark, full-bodied, mouth filling red combining notes of
    warm berries, black pepper and oak.  Ages well.

    Opulence (Cabernet Sauvignon)  This dark and full-bodied red flaunts a hint of ripe
    cassis and has good balance and strong tannin.  Best aged for several months and
    worth the wait.  Pairs well with seasonal, flavorful dishes and hearty red meat dishes.

    Chilean Summit (Pinot Noir)  This Chilean varietal is a rich, brilliant red with
    medium body that is surprisingly smooth.  A light red wine known for its fruit and
    berry notes.  Balanced tannins make this wine perfect with cheeses and light meat
    dishes.

    McKinley Peak (Red Zinfandel)  A dark, full-bodied wine loaded with the aroma of
    rasberries and peppers.  Excellent young, but equally enjoyable when aged.

    Orange Label Red (Cabernet Merlot)  A smooth, richly flavored wine with the
    qualities of a full-bodied Carbernet, rounded with the addition of Merlot.


    FRUIT WINES

    Black Current Red (Black Currant Merlot)  A velvety soft, medium bodied Merlot
    mixed with rich, sweet black currants.  Wonderful with dark chocolate!

    Red Velvet (Cranberry Shiraz)  A perfect blend of spicy Shiraz & tart cranberries,
    creating the perfect Holiday wine.

    Chagrinned (Raspberry Zinfandel)

    Red Forest (Black Cherry Pinot Noir)


    SPECIALTY WINE

    First Frost (Ice Cranberry)  This very rich, sweet, well balanced wine with a hint of
    cranberries goes great with your favorite holiday meal or enjoy it on its own.

    Winter Warmth (Cherry Chocolate Port)  Ruby red Port style wine blended with
    cherries and deep, rich cocoa.
